It is #75 of 400, autographed by both Stephen King and Phil Hale. Excellent condition, stored in plastic and original folder. Never separated, never framed. It's beautiful and I hate to part with it, but I'm down sizing due to retirement and I can't keep everything. I checked collectible book stores and this is what they were asking. Since I'm not anxious to sell it, I won't ask for less than they are asking. If you want it, you want it. Otherwise, I'm a huge Stephen King fan and I'll keep it.
