It was found in an old toolbox and was stored thank goodness, with the sole in the flat position. There is rust and signs of use with original dirt still present. However if you plan on using it it will clean up great. All parts move freely and once cleaned and sharpened it will be an amazing workhorse. One of Stanley’s greatness planes!
