Description: This set of Luxembourg Scott #B1-3 stamps is a great addition to any stamp collection. With a year of issue of 1921, these stamps are a piece of history from Luxembourg. The stamps are ungraded and uncertified, but still have their original quality. These are from my step-grandfather's collection. He was an avid worldwide stamp collector before his death in the late 1960s. A majority of his collection was destroyed by flood waters during Hurricane Camille in 1972 on the gulf coast. My parents rescued whatever they could when my grandma moved to Maryland after that. These are mounted on pages hand created by him with details typed on the page. All the stamps are housed in crystal cellophane sleeves and I believe are mint, never hinged (unless obviously cancelled), but I have not removed them from the sleeves to confirm that. I will try to note any obvious damage and take detailed photos of that if warranted. Photos are of the actual item(s) you will receive. They have remained in storage for a generation and since I don't collect stamps myself anymore, it's time to get rid of them.
