Description: This is a Vintage SILVER plated Ligne 1 (large) lighter that has been completely overhauled. This Barley patterned lighter is the LARGER variant measuring 55mm x 35mm x 13mm More importantly this ones had a complete overhaul service in anticipation of this auction, all seals have been renewed (see picture 11 for all overhauled parts). So rest assured that it is fully operational, no leaks, internals have had a thorough clean and the flame roller adjuster functions perfectly. The internals are spotless!! The faces are in very good condition albeit with some minor marks about the body and edges. Spots of plating loss to a couple of corners. 3 letter engraving to the rear face. Platform under the cap is in superb order with perhaps the odd blemish but spot of plating loss. The cosmetic plate under the cap is in superb order. This would make a wonderful introduction into the world of Dupont lighters or as a daily user. Given the spotless internals and news seals all round, she operates faultlessly! Please remember that the photos are HIGHLY MAGNIFIED so when you have the lighter in hand, any issues are hard to spot.
