This blouse has pearly snap fasteners down the front. Easy-on without messing your hair! This outfit did not come with a belt. I recommend a royal blue - or - pick a flower color, and wear a matching belt and petticoat color! White works too! I never wore this because I'm only 5 feet tall and needed to shorten it to fit. Meanwhile, I found the perfectly-matching earrings! They, also, have never been worn, and are included in this listing! The blouse is a size SMALL and the skirt is a size SMALL. Both top and bottom are labelled "Partners Please" created by Malco Modes in the U.S.A. The fabric feels fresh and crisp and has no fading, stains, or yellowing. It is a polyester/cotton blend and came out of a crowded closet for these pictures, which I take in a bright south-facing window (which shows you better detail, though darker colors look lighter). The waist elastic is in great shape! This is machine wash, tumble dry. For sizing, please go by the measurements below: TOP: SMALL Bust: 39" around. Back of neck to hem: 24".
