Description: This breaker will not reset. It appears to be internally bound or locked as the level only moves half way towards the rest. Rather than take it apart and fix it, I figured that someone who specializes in refurbishing these could make quick work of the repair. The shunt trip is showing resistance. All six lugs are intact.
