Sounds of Sinatra Christmas Radio Special hosted by Sid Mark 1986 with cue sheet

Description: Radio shows were first syndicated on reel to reel tape, later on LP stereo discs, then CD's and now digitally. Collectors can no longer get their hands on this quality material so the surviving shows that are available will keep going up and up in value. These radio shows were never intended for public use & most were destroyed or returned to the manufacturer after use, so they're very difficult to find. With origins dating back to 1957, "The Sounds of Sinatra" is a nationally syndicated weekly radio program hosted by Sid Mark, a Philadelphia disc jockey at WPHT. Sid made a promise to "Old Blue Eyes" that he would continue with his weekly radio show "for as long as I can". Sid Mark hosted his show until his passing in April, 2022 - he was 88. Thankfully - the show continues to be broadcast to this day. This episode "Christmas Special" was broadcast Christmas Week - on both Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, 1986 and features 15 Sinatra Christmas related tracks. This special was a one time Christmas show on top of the regular weekly broadcast. I've never seen this show offered for sale anywhere else. Sid Mark was a masterful host and this Holiday Special is an absolute delight. Please see photo of the cue sheets for track listing and timing details.
