The Heritage Press, New York published the book. It is Bussacco Heritage Press catalog number BHP-20-18 and was issued as an alternative selection 1955-1956. The book was designed by Jan van Krimpen and it was printed at Johannes Enschede en Zonen, Haarlem, Netherlands. The Greek text is printed on the left-hand pages and the English translation is on the right-hand pages. The interior is in very good condition. The pages are tight and clean. There are no marks. There is the beginning of hinge crack between the back end papers. There are no signs of prior ownership. The cover is in fine condition. The slipcase is in very good condition. It shows wear around the opening and corner points. It is 6 ¾” x 10 ½” and 160 pages. Demetrios Galanis illustrated the book with 36 wood engravings in the colors and styles of Grecian earthenware. The front and back endpapers are decorated with a double spread illustration. There are 3 full-page illustrations, 10 medallions, and 15 chapter head and tailpieces. Galanis also did the cover illustration.
