Description: Soholm is one of the most revered names in Danish ceramics - known and collected for its craftsmanship and artistry. This vintage glazed gray stoneware pottery planter features a a double-sided intricate blue floral design which is finished with a cobalt blue trim around the top and bottom. Scalloped foot pedestal base. Very good preowned condition with no chips, cracks or repairs on the display sides. Crazing is present. There is a small chip on one of the pedestal “feet” on the bottom (see photo), but it does not detract from the beauty or functionality of the piece. Maker’s mark printed on bottom.
