Description: Smokey the Bear Plastic Blowmold. From Art Line. Smokey On Hat And Belt. Nice! Company was in Chicago. Near as I can tell he was made around 1980 or so. Good condition with wear marks and his right ear is dented. As found, selling as such. He is about 13 and 1/2 inches tall and his base is not quite 5 inches.
