The modular design allows for multiple intake plenum volumes, allowing you to tune the intake manifold to best suit your powerband for your particular type of racing. The machining is better than ever. You can see the runners have velocity stacks inside the plenum now increasing the velocity of air entering the head. The runners even have provisions for additional injectors. Also the throttlebody flange comes as 90mm to suit std mustang tb pattern. In addition to CFD testing, the Ultra Series Intake Manifold has undergone extensive in-house dyno and on-car testing which has led to a design that is less restrictive, yielding both torque and power gains well over many of the competitors.
