The battery has a charge of 35 volts when measured. This battery is being sold ‘as-is’ and as not-working. If you have the talent and know-how you can replace the bad cell in the battery pack. Included in the sale is the above mentioned battery, the charger is not included. Customer pays shipping. The battery is sold as-is. It is offered for sale to the lower 48 states.
