Description: 138 year old printing of Charles Dickens's work, his compilation of writings, "Sketches By Boz". Printed in 1885. 138 years old, smells about 60. By the look of the pages, they're so perfectly straight and close together as if it's never been read. The inner front and back of the book is fully intact; the binding between pages 218 and 219 is looking a bit fragile (see photos). The bottom and top of the spine has some minor wear and tear. No dust-jacket. Plenty of age and oxidization staining on the pages. The book measures 7.5"x5.5"x1.5" This will be packaged with much bubble wrap and mailed in a box, not an envelope. Give this old book the love and use it deserves!
