Groves & Sons Company, Idaho Falls Hydroelectric Project, Safety Award belt buckle. This is a handmade solid brass buckle with a darkened background, made by Anacortes Brass Works, in 1981. It is in pretty decent condition condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-1/8", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 4.4 oz.
