Enter SINWE.SINWE is a silver paste consisting of a single-component conductive silver powder in an appropriate binder exhibiting good conductivity. It has excellent “fine line” printability, conductivity, oxidation, and bending resistance. It is a low temperature bonding conductive silver paste for various IC chips, traces and components. It is particularly suited for PCB and plastic (PET) substrates. SINWE 3706 silver conductive paste is mainly used as conductive materials for applications such as membrane switches, membrane keyboards, flexible circuits, and printed electronics. It can be printed on substrates of plastic or flexible plate, such as PC, PET, PVC, PU film, EL panel and ITO film. THIS MATERIAL IS NOT A GLUE. Model 3706 Color Silver / Gray Solid Content (%) 55 ±5 Viscosity (25⁰C, mPa.s) 25000 ±5000 Particle Fineness (µm) ≤10 Proportion 1.5 Curing Method (IR drying tunnel) 120⁰C x 5 minutes Curing Time (blast oven) 100⁰C x 20 minutes Square Resistance (m²/25.4µm) ≤18 Hardness ≥2 Adhesion (3M #600 tape pulled at 90 degrees) Self-drying at room temperature Best Use Practices: · The surface to be coated must be free of ALL dust, dirt, grease, oil and stains. · Shake or vibrate to thoroughly mix contents · The product should be at room temperature, thoroughly mixed, devoid of air bubbles · If screen printing, use 200~300 polyester and stainless-steel mesh and a 60~70-degree PU squeegee. · Recommended film thickness: Wet film 10~20µm / Dry film 5~10µm · Apply in a well-ventilated area away from fire/open flame sources · Avoid replacing any unused material into original container. Cross-contamination will result. · The film thickness greatly affects the overall resistance of the material. The curing is affected by many related factors such as size of stenciled area, squeegee harness and angle, application speed, photosensitivity, etc. Conduct a test analysis before using it to confirm application and conditional suitability. · Keep away from children. Paste should be stored in a sealed container at 5~25⁰C in a cool and dry, well-ventilated location. The storage period is a minimum of 6 months. Longer storage can be achieved by refrigeration of the material. When used after refrigeration, it needs to warm to room temperature for 2~4 hours before use. · This product can be irritating to both eyes and skin. If skin contact occurs, wipe and clean area then rinse with warm, soapy water. If eye contact, rinse with clean water and seek IMMEDIATE medical attention.
