Description: Signed Phyllis Davis Oil On Canvas Painting Windmill Gold Gilded Frame 20 x 24 Very nice oil on canvas windmill scene. Signed Phyllis Davis in the bottom right hand corner. Nicely framed in a gold gilded framed with pre-strung wire on the back for easy hanging. Frame measures 20" x 24". Canvas measures 16" x 20". Painting is in very nice condition. Frame is also in very good condition. Want to note that there is some red marks on the outside of the frame (see photos) in some places. It looks like these were part of how the frame was done but please see photos. A portion of the paper backing is torn off (see photos). Really lovely piece over all! Please see photos.
