Previous owner typed bookplate installed to both front end-pages, but no other markings. Front and back end-pages do have some minor discoloration, but the interior pages look great, very clean... -Both look never read, binding and pages still tight and strong. Both volumes have only very minor shelf wear to the boards and some very minor blemishes to the outside pages, mostly along the bottoms. (Also, please note the slight discoloration to the spines. Not bad at all considering there age. This beautiful set has been well cared for.) Please see photos for further description... -Custom Case is still in good solid condition, wow! Has some minor scuffing and shelf wear, of course and the inside has some fading and discoloration, but still in amazing good condition for it's age. Just a very small bit of separation starting at the bottom right hinge, at the front, approximately an inch long. No other separations! No tape holding it together!!
