Description: If you want to reduce the over travel on your Sig P320 X5 and X5 Legion with the Sig flat trigger this will do the trick. This should also work in the FCU assembly that sig now offers as it is supposed to have the Legion Flat trigger installed in the assembly. (Note these will not work in the M17 or M18 firearm as It has a different trigger.). Remove FCU and back out the trigger stop pin and slide this bushing over the pin and push the pin back into the housing. The flat on the back of the trigger will now hit the bushing and stop over travel. I have found that not all P320’s are created equal, that is why there are two bushings. One is larger diameter that the other. I found that the larger bushing does not always work in every gun due to tolerance differences. So start with the one that has a black strip on it. Check operation of trigger with empty mag installed. If the striker falls then you are set. If not remove FCU and swap out the bushings for the smaller one. Check trigger function again with empty mag installed and trigger will function. Trigger over travel will be greatly reduced. You can check YouTube for video on how to remove the FCU and trigger stop pin removal. NOTE: Bushings are now being made from 6061T6 Alum instead of brass.
