Description: With shotshell components being hard to get and increasing in price, this tool will allow you to recover shot,powder and wads from loaded shells. With just light hand pressure it will cut off the top 16th of an inch from your loaded shell allowing you to recover the shot,powder and wad inside in just a few seconds unlike other shell cutters it does not destroy your shell by cutting it in half, if you cut down a 3.5" shell you can still use the case for loading a shorter shell. The blade used is a standard Stanley utility blade and is held in place by friction, easy to replace and remove. The tool body will cut 10 gauge and 12 gauge shells and with the addition of the supplied bushings you will be able to cut 16,20,28 and 410 bore, the bushings simply push into the side of the body of the tool.
