Description: SG400 Sawgrass Sublimation Printer for Parts. Printer was never used and warranty expired. New ink was placed in the printer but the printer prints lines as shown in the photos. Contacted Sawgrass and they advised it appears to be a head failure based on the way it prints. The rep advised the printer would need to be replaced. See last photo. Top of printer has scratches.
