Description: These three vintage wall sconces are rare - we've been unable to locate a single Gisela Graham sconce online - and exhibit a Scandinavian sensibility in their design. Similar sconces online are frequently characterized as Art Nouveau. They're embossed with a large floral design around a raised center oval. The cups themselves are also unique in that candles are secured via a center spike. They're fitted with wood backs; the sticker there reads "Designed for Gisela Graham Limited, London." Some discoloration is baked in on the underside of the cups owing to the welding there. These sconces responded beautifully to cleaning and have been burnished to a warm gold color. They could provide soft lighting for nighttime gatherings and would be a beautiful accompaniment to a dining room.
