See photos 3 different heights: 9-1/2", 8-1/4", 7-1/2"The round bases are about 2-5/8" wide Each brass holder has a round base, a stem shaped like a tulip plant, and a frosted glass votive candle holder shaped like a tulip flower. The brass has a verdigris type patina to it. I assume this was applied, not acquired. The frosted glass holders are attached to the stem with a brass screw, and can be easily removed for cleaning.
