Description: This is a Selmer Bundy flute that was made at the Selmer factory in Elkhart, Indiana. It has been refurbished(overhauled) and is ready for school band or orchestra. It is a nickel-plated instrument and makes a great choice for the student musician. Hundreds of thousands have been used by school students over many decades to learn to play music. The instrument was completely stripped and detail cleaned and polished. All bad pads and necessary corks were replaced and the instrument played to make sure it plays well. The body of the instrument is in very good plus condition. The case is also in very good plus used condition and is clean in and out.Comes with tuning /cleaning rod and silver polishing cloth. The horn plays and sounds good and is ready to go. No expensive trips to the local music store needed. Why rent when you can own a quality American-made instrument for much less than the cost of a new one. Thinking about a new Chinese or Indian-made instrument? They’re real pretty, but you risk parts breakage due to the metal quality. If something breaks, you have what is called a “throw-away” horn because there are no replacement parts available.
