Description: Schrade Walden Knife Model 825 Medium Stockman From what I was able to find out this knife was made in the 1960's in Walden N.Y. I know they started the Razor Blade Stainless in 1964 and with the Schrade Walden it went up to 1973-there are some different tang markings and I believe this one was made in the 1960's Closed just over 3 1/2" The knife itself has not been used but the edge of the handle above and below the shield has some rough spots-looks like grooves-what is weird I've never seen anything crack like this so I'm sure how to describe Overall an excellent knife, unused in an unusal plastic box
