Description: This scarce 1910s "Patronize" paper label hinged 25 cigar humidor is tin, measuring 5 1/4" x 2 1/2" x 4 3/8", in fair condition with no rust, a few very small dents and some age related paint chips and scratches. The hinge is in excellent working order. This very attractive red tin features a strong trademark image of a lit cigar with an ash tip and the "Home Industry" red cigar band. The cigars were manufactured by the C. F. Ederle Cigar Manufactures, Ft. Worth, Texas in Factory 160, 12th District, PA. This tin was produced during a period of protectionism supporting buying "American cigars" made by "American labor" rather than foreign labor.
