Covers do have some wear and there is a 2.5" closed tear on the front fore edge and on the rear cover there is a 1" closed tear on the bottom edge. On page 11 the top corner is torn out of the book. Illustrations are nice and bright. Each page opposite of the flocking on Santa's suit does have some shadowing (see picture). No marks on the text block. No marks of previous ownership or inscriptions.
