Also talks about buying war bonds so although I can't find an actual date, it would have to be in the WWII era - in the 1940's. Inside it features San Francisco's Glorious Golden Gate Park. The back page has a Brief Guide to Cosmopolitan San Francisco in War Dress. The paper is in quite nice, clean condition. It does have some small splits on the fold-lines and some edge wear and a tear (with paper missing) on the bottom. These areas have been stabilized with some archival document repair tape. Overall a very nice and interesting paper from San Francisco!
