Gold Trims, gold hand painted flowers and a courting couple adornes all the pieces. The quality on this set it's amazing. The gold accents just looks new, it is so bright. Pictures don't do justice to these amazing pieces !! It is a very old set. I have seen it on my Grandma China cabinet since I was a little girl and I am 54 y/o. I am not an expert or a store. Everything I sell is either mine or my families but I can assure it is more than 54 years old. It was actually on displayed and never used, the pieces that are chip or missing were damaged unfortunately on a move when she passed away many years ago. The Set Includes the following: Teapot, Sugar Bowl, Creamer Bowl, 6 Cups and 5 Saucers. NO LIDS !! Please note the set is for 6. One of the saucers broke and also 2 more of the plates are chip on the sides. Please see all pictures. All pieces read on the bottom Made In Japan except teapot which is a music player and only works sometimes. See the measurements on all the pieces below.
