Description: RUSSIAN WOODEN MUG .... from Zhigulevsh, Russia E-BAY “FOR SALE” ITEMS …. FROM ME TO YOU Greetings! See specific words about this unique “forsale” item(s) offered here at the bottom of these general words that apply toALL items that we sell on E-bay: PICTURES: My photos are here for you to hopefully understandexactly what you are getting, plus my words below that might tell you somethingin addition. If I find something wrongwith this item(s) that does not show up in the photos, I shall try to summarizeany defects in my words below. E-BAY FEES: Just for those who don’t already know, E-baycharges sellers like me a 30 cent fee per item sold plus 13.25% to 15% of the“final price” for the item, which includes the price the item sells for PLUShow much I list for shipping charges. Thus, I lose up to 15% of what I have listed to ship each item. (This catches people who list an item verycheap but put a huge amount of money into the shipping charges). E-bay reports our sales plus postage receivedto the Government, and we have to pay federal and state taxes on the profitsplus postage we receive from our sales. SHIPPING: These shipping costs will drive many of usout of business one of these fine days. I almost always prefer to ship with theUnited States Post Office (USPO). Ishall try to use the CHEAPEST possible method of shipping these things (whichis sometimes not the fastest way). I usemedia mail for books and photos, but this no longer works for magazines, evenantique ones, due to “ads being printed in them”, per the USPO. Sometimes the USPO Priority Mail (flat rate)envelopes and their various sized boxes are cheaper than any other option forheavier items that will be shipped to a far-away address from me. I am religious about getting your item to theUSPO within 2 days (excluding Sundays) after I get a confirmation of paymentfor that item. COMBINING ORDERS: I have to estimate the shipping cost for anitem up front as if each will go to a separate address when sold but withoutknowing how far it will have to travel. However, sometimes I can combine several items into one shipment ifpurchases are paid for at the same time, but I will not change (or refund) anyshipping costs by doing that. Just soyou know ….. RETURNS: Normally I do not accept returns. We are senior citizens and must downsize oneway or another before we move to a smaller place one of these days. But …. If you really feel you got a raw dealin some way, please write to me and perhaps we can come to a win-wincompromise. I would hate to think that Ihave been unfair to anyone in any way that I can avoid. QUESTIONS? Feel free to ask them. To be fair I will display your question andmy answer to that question for all potential bidders/purchasers to see ….unless it is something really personal between you and me, and then nobody elsewill see your question or my answer. NOW: HERE ARE SPECIFIC WORDS ABOUT THIS PARTICULARITEM, AS FOLLOWS, AND IF NEEDED: This mug was carved from a really light kind of wood. I don't read the language, but I was able to find out where it was made, as noted above. A friend traveled to remote areas of Russia many years ago as a young man, and he gave me this item late in his life. I had it in a display case for decades. Now I want to pass it along to someone who values the craftsmanship displayed by this thing. As far as I can tell it has never had any liquids inside of it. All the best, WIL C.
