Description: RUSSIAN HAND PAINTED LACQUER BOX - ROUND HAND PAINTED RUSSIAN LACQUER BOX Click images to enlarge Description Offered for Sale is this Stunning Russian Lacquer Box with decorated lid and red lacquer interior. This box is one of three that I have acquired, all with the same shape, size and interior lacquer color. The other two are stamped Made in Russia on the bottom. This box does not possess the Made in Russia stamp but based on it's appearance and association with other two boxes I have in my possession, I am identifying it as Russian made. I see no artist signature on the box. Condition: - Good to Very Good Condition - The decorative lid appears to be in very good condition with crazing throughout. I see no cracks or repairs. There are a few very minor, in the making imperfections on box that in no way take away from the display of this stunning piece. There are a few areas on the interior lid where the red lacquer has split and some black color is showing through (see lid pictures). Please see the pictures to view the condition of the item for yourself.
