Padded cushion collar enables you to obtain a snug fit at the top, thus preventing debris, ticks, and anything else from getting into the boot. If you like a flat aggressive sole, the Vibram Sierra (standard) with a foam wedge midsole, as on our South Forty Birdshooter, will fit the bill.
