Description: Display the tail feathers from your ruffed grouse harvest with this unique and easy to use tail fan mount. Once your feathers are dried, they simply slip into the wire hanger/support, and then can be hung on any fastener on the wall: screw, command strip, hook, etc. Super simple. Swap out for another fan with ease. I make these in my home shop to display our own harvests, and laser engrave images or text onto the plaque to commemorate the event. I can custom make individual ones, and/or personalize (names,dates, locations), just ask. May take an extra day or 2, but I will accommodate. State law does not allow me to sell feathers, so I cannot include them in this auction. You will have to supply your own tail feathers for display. I can give you instructions on how to dry and prepare your tail if you're not sure (it's very easy), just email. Item will be exact one displayed in the first photo (the other photos show how the fan mounts and how it displays on the wall). It is made on Spalted Maple with a flying grouse engraved on front. Any questions, please ask. The wood I use to make these is all hand selected for color and character. NOTE: I have a very limited supply of this unique and rare wood. It has natural beautiful color, and cannot be replicated by stains or artwork. Due to these reasons, I need to charge a bit more on this wood.
