For example, with this note, they could have just said, "shows signs of moderate circulation, with two corner folds." And that would be enough for me. However, this is not a perfect world, and you're going to have to listen to me vent about all of the wrongdoings that PCGS and PMG are exercising in this world, when all I should be saying is something like, "this is a beautiful, mid-grade note, that shows some signs of moderate circulation, but retains great paper quality." *** As the note(s) are already graded, there will be no variation in what you get.
