Description: Royal Staffordshire "Tonquin" Bone Dish ~ Clarice Cliff ~ Red Transferware. This is a gorgeous piece of Clarice Cliff TONQUIN from Royal Staffordshire. Produced after WWII until the early 1960’s, the pastoral design is created by transferring the etched pattern via tissue paper to the unfired pottery. The bone dish is a lovely red and white; measuring approx. 6.5” x 3” (4” outside dimension of arc) it is in very good to excellent condition.
