Description: Description: Up for sale is a beautiful Royal Doulton Kingswood TC1115 Single (1) Salad Plate. At the time this listing was written, multiple place setting pieces, extra pieces, and serving pieces were available in this pattern, so be sure and check out my many other lots! The salad plate measures approximately 8.0” in diameter and the pieces in the set are marked with, or with a slight variation of the following backstamp: “Made in England, Royal Doulton, England, Fine China, Kingswood, T.C. 1115, Royal Doulton Tableware Ltd. 1976.” The plate has a white/ivory base with a green laurel edge, red/blue/yellow flowers, green and brown floral designs, and a brown rim/verge. The pattern is has been discontinued with the years of manufacture between 1977 and 1998. Condition: Overall, the salad plates are in great condition and look to have been rarely used. The plates were acquired as part of a much larger set with little history known; however, no major condition issues (chips, cracks, crazing) were noticed upon a thorough inspection. The pieces may show light utensil marks, cleaning or storage scratches, or very minor imperfections to the brown painted rim and verge, but the pieces look only lightly used.
