Author Biography Mark Johnson is Professor of Art History at Brigham Young University. A scholar of ancient and Early Christian and Byzantine architecture, he has published in Dumbarton Oaks Papers, Gesta, Byzantion, and the Journal of Early Christian Studies, among other journals.
