Superb vintage Rolco by Rolex mens 1940s watch, working and currently gaining approx 1 minute per day or just under.Quite a hard piece to find with an unusual all steel (these were usually partially chrome) fixed lug case that is stamped SAR (Societe Anonyme Rolex). The case back has serial numbers on which are 851648 182. I am unsure what these serial numbers represent but a ladies watch with a similar serial number ending in 182 sold in September for £350 on Catawiki. Case back also has lots of service marks so it was obviously appreciated and looked after. I am unaware of its last service date.The dial does say Rolco but this has faded over time. The strap is possibly original and I have not put a new one on this. Lovely piece for the vintage Rolex collector.
