Cover has shelf and ring wear and picture shows small crease on the left middle and I do not know small stains on the right clear might be water damage. The inner sleeve is good except record is trying to get through the bottom but has not made it yet. For the record I did not see any scratches or marks under bright light. As for play testing I wish I could and have no idea when my turntable will be fixed it's been there for some time. Visual I would rate the following record good+ to excellent and the cover fair to good and inner sleeve is good+. The spine fading but readable. No bar code on the cover.
