Please look at last picture in this listing, then follow the instructions below to find if these overalls will fit you. Next to each measurement I have put the size of these overall. MEASUREMENT: A. Chest Size (This overall measures: 60") Place tape measure around fullest part of the chest and over clothing keeping it up under arms an around the shoulder blades. Number of inches in your size. B. Waist Size (This overall measures elastic unstretched: 46") Measure around waist, over shirt (not over pants) at height you normally wear your pants. Hold tape as snugly or as loosely as you want your pants to fit. Number of inches is your size. C. Inseam (This overall measures: 31") Measure inseam from base of crotch seam to the top of the shoe to be worn. Number of inches is your size. Or take a pair of pants (not jeans) that fits you well. Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the pants. D. Neck Size (This overall measures: open neck up to 26") Measure neck by holding tape snugly. Read number of inches as size. Or take a shirt with a collar button to far end of buttonhole. E. Sleeve Length (This overall measures: Short Sleeve 24") Hold arm chest high, bent slightly at elbow. Measure from bottom of collar at center of back around elbow to far end of wrist bone. F. Torso Length (Garment laying flat from top of neck to crouch 43.5") For some this is an important measurement if you are long waisted. Take a tape measure and start at where your collar seam meets your neck, go down your back, comfortably (not tight) through your crouch and back up your front and meet back to your collar where you started measuring. Take this number and divide it by 2. This number needs to be less than the number I gave or this garment will not fit comfortably.
