Note: There is very minor overall wear to the dust jacket. There is also a gold line (about an inch long) on the center area of the cover (see photo #1). The book itself is in excellent condition. Also, the book will come with the CD (see photo #6). O'Neill signed the book boldly in silver and added "Never Quit!". The book will come with a hologram from PSA In-The-Presence registration number 3C46396. Note: As of October 2023, PSA will no longer be issuing a matching paper certificate of authenticity for items in their transition to become paperless.
