Secure in place with an elastic wrap or triangular bandage. A feature unique to the Rise is the ability to use it as a pelvic binder. Wrap the splint around the back of the patient and feed a windlass or ratcheting tourniquet through one of the cutouts, and use the tourniquet to apply pressure as needed.
