Given the wild variation in build quality, cleanliness and maintenance of 50-60 year old players, there is simply no way to guarantee that a given 8-track will play perfectly on any machine a buyer chooses to pop it into. This pre-resolves any “was it a bad tape or a bad player” question that is impossible to resolve long distance. Since it’s been serviced, It will likely play fine for you. If so, consider it a bonus. Since 8-tracks are notoriously quirky and unreliable, Note that just about every tape listed on eBay is sold under similar terms and restrictions. I’m happy to combine shipping.
