These two qualities of yellow/amber light create less back-scatter (reflection off water particles in foggy conditions), and can cause less glare for both you and other vehicles. Overall, yellow amber light color causes less strain to the human eye, which is especially helpful when driving in thick fog. The included amber covers are a simple way to switch to a yellow light beam whenever you wish. Just throw them in your glove box when you’re not using them, and snap them on when you need yellow light!
