Stretch knit fabric is made from a blend of 47% Rayon, 35% Cotton, and 18% Lycra Spandex. Has garter straps, and 4 metal garters (missing the tabs). Size: Medium (Medium size is typically 27/28)Unstretched, laying flat, waist measures 17"Laying flat, outer leg length measures 12.5" CONDITION: Deadstock / Vintage New Old Stock without the tags. Elastics / stretch ability are very good. Has some age marks (see note below for care). Four metal garter missing the tabs. Garters can easily be replaced. Brand label has been removed. NOTE: This is a true vintage garment. You may (OR MAY NOT) find faint colored tiny/very small sized age related marks here or there. This is not uncommon for garments/fibers of this age.
