I.e., if you paid for the item 11/05/2010 & the label states 12/05/2010 and you get it 7 days later you know that is Royal Mail & not your seller at fault. If your item was paid for on 11/05/2010 and posted on the 17/05/2010, then your seller is at fault again depending on their dispatch times.
