New Mahle UPGRADED Grade C Wave Stopper head gaskets (if available can be upgrade to a Cometic MLX Head Gasket)Cam is inspected and measured and keyway machined in place of the dowel pin that is known to shear off and cause motor damage(we can also install any aftermarket cam like the Alternative Firing Order Cams to help save your Crankshaft) ARP HEAD STUDS are always used Includes New Block Heater alsoKEYED Crankshaft to prevent the Dampner from spinning on the crankshaft and ruining it and keyed for the oil pump gear / tone wheelKEYED Camshaft to prevent valve train damage when they slip on the factory dowel setup Wagler Competition High Pressure/Volume Oil Pump (these are way superior to the factory and unlike others on eBay we replace the oil pump instead of reuse) Magnafluxed and Polished CrankshaftFully assembled with final numbers to OE SpecsFully Balanced Rotating Assembly, Factory Setups are usually around 20 grams out of balance and after final balance we have them within 3 grams +/- for a smooth running engine (which most rebuilders will skip to save money)Mahle Lower Gasket Kit Included for the oil pan, front cover, and rear cover gasketsCleaned and Sandblasted Front and Rear Covers with the Upper Oil Pan and a NEW Lower Oil Pan with a New GM Oil Level Sensor, which also includes upgrading the rear seal to a GM Rear Seal and also a Billet Coolant Block Off Plate on the Rear Cover can be installed for $500 Extra to save lots of time and clean up.
