Description: This is a Reinhold Merkelbach 1933ish Porcelain German Beer Stein that holds 1 Liter. It stands about 10 1/2" tall and 5" wide at the base. There are no chips or cracks in this stein. The RM mark is on the bottom as well as the number 587. The lid shows its age and has an acorn on top and a bird on the thumb flip. The theme seems to be two woman laughing and blushing while a lot of men look on from a table. This is a very nice big stein. Cheers!BS
