After the alteration, this watch was not used by anyone and look like new. This is a LARGE wristwatch made on a base of Soviet pocket watch Molniya produced in USSR in 1960s. This is a wristwatch converted from a pocket watch Molniya. The pocket case and mechanism of this watch was converted by an experienced watchmaker into a wristwatch. This watch is made by handmade skeleton, highly qualified watchmaker. The movement of this watch has been integrated into a new stainless-steel case. After the alteration, this watch was not used by anyone and look like new. Thanks to an open heart, you can watch the movement in front of the watch. A glass is mounted in the back of the watch, which makes it possible to observe the operation of the mechanism. The original dial was in poor condition and replaced with this one. The case is made of stainless-steel. The watch is a regulateur - it means hours and minutes hands are on different axes. Its mechanical hand-winding movement has got a caliber mark "3602". It contains 18 ruby jewels. It is mechanical and needs to be wound once a day. It comes with a new faux leather wristband. The watch is used as seen on the images below but runs well and keeps time accurately as it has been serviced (cleaned, lubricated and calibrated) by a professional watchmaker.
