Description: Up for sale is a rebuilt MEI VN 2511 U3 bill validator. It was rebuilt by Vendors Exchange in 2018 and stored bagged in a warehouse ever since. I cut it out of the bag in order to get better pics. It runs on 110V. It accepts 1's only - I do not see any indication that it was upgraded to accept the new 5's. Test it within 30 days...if it doesn't work for some reason, return it for a replacement. Shipping quote is for USPS medium flat rate box in the continental US.
