This is a USB Connected controller which will work with your real RC controller via interface cable (included) to use your real controller to learn to fly the RC plane. This unit was tested with a PC program which tests ALL functions and it was found to work perfectly. This controller does not come with the computer software! In most cases, shipping is by weight AND package dimensions. USPS has recently changed the way they measure and weight packages. DIM weight is now in play which means that the box size matters. If I ship a 1 pound pillow in an oversized box, I will have to pay more than the 1 pound weight because the box is taking up so much room. Any one dimension over 12 inches will be considered a LARGE PACKAGE and may incur additional shipping charges. I will be happy to send you the weight and size of any item I sell so you can check out the costs yourself. In some cases, if you overpay for shipping, I will send the excess back to you by PayPal. With this being said, I try to examine each item closely for cracks or chips. My eyes are not the best as they used to be and I might miss something so look at the pictures carefully.
